VP FINANCES

The Treasurer (Finances) is the club's chief accountant, managing the bank account, writing checks as approved by the executive committee, and depositing dues payments and other revenues.  The accurate and timely performance of Treasurer duties has a profound effect on the health of the club.

VP MEMBERSHIP AFFAIRS 

The Vice President Membership is the primary club recruiter and manages the process of bringing in guests and transforming them into members.  

By initiating a welcome to guests and providing the information they need to join, maintain a constant influx of new people into your club.  The Membership manages the paperwork related to processing applications.

VP SUCCESS AND LEARNING 

They maintain all club records, manage club files, handle club correspondence, and take the minutes at each club and executive committee meeting. They are also in charge of updating and distributing a roster of the current paid membership and keeping the club officer list current for Toastmasters International.

VP OUTREACH AND CLUB PROMOTION

  The Vice President of Club Promotion in Toastmasters is responsible for increasing the club's visibility and attracting new members through strategic marketing and communication efforts.  

Through these efforts, the VP of Club Promotion plays a crucial role in driving membership growth and enhancing the club's public image within the community.

VP MENTORSHIP / ADVISOR

 As a mentor or senior advisor in Toastmasters, your role is to guide members in enhancing their communication and leadership skills. You provide advice on speech writing, delivery, and leadership, help set achievable goals, and offer constructive feedback. Tracking progress and recommending resources keeps members motivated and encourage their participation in club activities and leadership roles. As a senior advisor, you also support other mentors, ensuring they can effectively guide their mentees. Ultimately, you help members overcome public speaking anxiety and build confidence. 

VP PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA

 Pathways is an online curriculum ha  provides users with flexibility; members can work on  projects whenever and wherever they want. Participants have greater access to educational materials than in the traditional program. Toastmasters International. 

VP OF PROTOCLOG AND COMPLIANCES

The Sergeant at Arms keeps track of all the club's physical properties such as the banner, lectern, and other meeting materials.  

The SAA prepares the facility for meetings and obtains a new meeting space when needed.   The SAA chairs the Social and Reception Committee; attends and participates in executive committee meetings.

  The Vice President of Outreach and Club Promotion in Toastmasters is responsible for increasing the club's visibility and attracting new members through strategic marketing and communication efforts.

VP ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS

 Toastmasters’ education programs are designed to help you fine-tune your public speaking, communication, and leadership skills through regular practice. In a safe and supportive club environment, you will learn at your own pace, utilizing a curriculum that has helped millions meet their goals.  

PODCAST FACILITATOR  

 The Podcast Facilitator oversees the production of our club's podcast, coordinating episode planning, guest scheduling, recording, and editing. This role ensures podcast content aligns with our club's goals of communication and leadership development. The facilitator promotes episodes and collaborates closely with members to showcase their speaking and leadership achievements, enhancing our club's visibility and impact.
